Where have you been?

Where have you been? That's what I asked myself when I saw its been a year since I've posted anything.  Not sure why other than the usually lame excuses. I like to share things, even though there's probably no one out there reading these posts, so I think I'll try to do better. I thought about posting more on Facebook, but that's pretty much pointless anymore with its society modifying, world dominating, all powerful algorithms. I saw a great documentary on Netflix called The Social Dilemma. Worth taking a look. I recommend staying away from social media as much as you can. I know you won't get any church updates on all the great exciting things happening, but you'll be ok, I promise. There's always email. And clean out your inbox people. You're giving OCD challenged individuals like myself a heart attack. Is it really that hard to have a little order in your life? Just kidding, sort of.

There's another good documentary on NetFlix called the American Gospel: Christ Alone. I haven't finished watching it yet, but so far, I'm pretty much in agreement. One of my favorite quotes from Howard Hendricks is "Christ + nothing." I'd love to hear others thoughts after watching. I've been thinking a lot lately about Grace. I may do another post on that. Enough for now.

Blessings!
