Complain or change

There's a lot to complain about these days. It could be a job or the economy or politics or the church or any number of things. It's tempting to complain about these things. That's the easy way out and it requires little effort. It's harder to resist that urge to complain. It takes more work to re-direct your efforts into being a part of the change. I'll admit, it feels like many problems in our world today will never change, but there is always something we can do. Change what you have control over. Change something about yourself or decide to show kindness to someone. Find other people and talk about how you can work together to change something for the better. There is always something we can do.
