Give what you have

Giving to others is easier than we think. You have the ability to give someone kindness or a smile or a thank you. You can show empathy or give someone a break or help them in some way. Often the barriers we allow to remain in our life prevent us from giving.

Maybe you isolate yourself because of a bad past experience or your own inadequacies. That prohibits you from sharing what you have with others. You may be holding on to bitterness, resentment, jealously, anger, or pride. These will all keep you from giving. You may be keeping these inner struggles a secret, but they will still affect everyone you encounter.
