Change how you think - Your way is not the only way
It's good for us to remind ourselves that our way is not always the only way. People like to think they are right about most things because it makes them feel better about themselves. The problem is that when someone does something different, we feel it's necessary to correct them. And that's not because their choice is wrong, but because our ego is bruised.
I've found the more someone pushes their way, the more unaware they are of other people. I've also found the right way is sometimes clear but is usually not so clear. If I knew all things like God does or if I was able to hear his voice perfectly, then maybe I could be right all the time.
As the Apostle Paul said in 1 Cor. 13:9 "for now I know in part..." This truth should remind us of the openness, humility and vulnerability we need walk in every day.
